HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Delivery days:
Flexible to fit around you and our bike volunteers' commitments. Typically volunteers are available to provide delivery over the weekends (roughly during shop opening times).
Do let us know your prefered delivery day at the check-out when placing your order. We will phone or email you to confirm the delivery slot once we have contacted our amazing bike volunteers for their availability!
Delivery postcodes: PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4 and PO5
Cost:
# £2.50 (no mimimum order) / Free for orders above £25
# Free delivery for a first order (with code FIRSTFREEDELIVERY)
Delivery capacity: 4 per day.
We will contact you should we have reached our maximum capacity to offer you an alternative.
Cut off time:
# Monday, 12pm (for Tuesday delivery)
# Friday, 12pm (for Saturday delivery)
Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be put through to the following delivery day or week unless you email orders@packagefreelarder.uk and we can try and make an arrangement for you where possible.
What if I'm not home on my delivery day / time?
If you're not going to be home, we'll be happy to leave your order in a safe location. Please specify where in the NOTES or via email.
HOW WE PACK YOUR ORDER
# All dried food will be packed in paper bags or will come loose whenever possible.
# Chilled and frozen products will be delivered in a thermal box.
# Frozen food (sold loose) will be delivered in a returnable plastic container. We won’t charge you for these but please make sure to return them for us to wash and reuse.
What about liquids?
All liquids require a bottle. You can either buy a new one from us or get a returnable container for a small fee. When placing your order, please make sure to add the containers needed to your basket. Once empty, returnable containers will be collected on your next delivery and a refund will be issued within 24-48 hours.
ALLERGENS STATEMENT
Due to the nature of Zero-Waste shopping, nearly all allergens are present in the shop. Whilst we have done our best to separate products and use precaution with allergens, we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination or absence of any particular allergens. Therefore you are advised NOT to shop with us if you suffer from allergies to any products we stock.
