Sustainable plant protein fillet with a flaky texture wrapped in panko breadcrumbs. The Moving MountainsPlant-based Fish Flavoured Fillets are like a timeless British favourite - just add chips and mushy peas for that seaside experience at home.

Ingredients: water, flour (wheat) vegetable protein (12.85% soya protein concentrate), vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed), starch (maize, potato, WHEAT, rice), thickeners (cellulose, methylcellulose), natural flavouring, salt, modified maize starch, dextrose, maltodextrin, spices

Allergens: Contains SOYA and WHEAT. May contain NUTS & PEANUTS

How to cook from frozen:


1. Add oil to a frying pan and cook on a medium heat for 8–10 mins.

2. Fry on both sides, flipping regularly until the outside has browned slightly and the inside is piping hot.

3. Make sure the Fillets are cooked thoroughly before eating.


1. Preheat oven to 200C/ Fan 180C/Gas Mark 6.

2. Place the Fillets onto a baking tray and bake in oven for ~20 mins, flipping half way, until golden brown.
