It is a plant-based substitute for eggs so that vegans can enjoy mayo too! Aquafaba is the nutrient-rich water left over from cooking chickpeas which would normally be thrown away. Winner!
Plain Mayo:
Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil, Aquafaba (surplus chickpea water), Sunflower oil, Dijon MUSTARD, (Water, MUSTARD seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), White Wine Vinegar, Agave Nectar, Salt, Potato Starch (Modified), Lemon Juice Concentrate, Rosemary Extract.
