Please be aware that our e-cargo bike delivery service is currently available to Portsmouth Island (PO1-PO5) only.


All returnable containers returned in store or on your next delivery will be refunded within 5 working days using your original payment method. If you don't hear back from us, do not hesitate to contact us at orders@packagefreelarder.uk.


We do not accept responsibility for any orders left in a safe place or with a neighbour on your explicit demand. Therefore, no refund will be issued should your items go missing.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, i.e. in the original packaging. You can ask for a refund up to 14 days after your purchase.

Exemption: Food items can't be returned and refunds will only be made if it was received in poor condition.  We ask that this is brought to our attention as soon as possible after receipt of the goods and no later than 5 working days after having received your order.


We do not accept responsibility for the long-term storage of any food or cleaning liquid product. It is your responsibility to transfer any perishable items to adequate storage such as an airtight container or jar upon purchase.

We will do our best to get back in touch with you as soon as possible. Once approved, we will process your refund using your original method of payment, within 24h-48h.
