The Moving Mountains plant-based sausages are made from all-natural plant-based ingredients, sizzle when cooked, and have a sumptuously juicy texture.
Ingredients: water, oyster mushroom, vegetable oil (coconut, sunflower, rapeseed), vegetable protein (SOY protein concentrate, soy protein isolate, pea protein isolate), gluten (WHEAT), stabiliser (sodium alginate, calcium chloride), natural flavouring, starch (WHEAT), thickener (methylcellulose, cellulose), dietary fibre (OAT), dextrose, beetroot, lemon juice, salt, BARLEY malt extract, maltodextrin
Allergens: Contains SOYA, OAT and WHEAT. May contain traces of PEANUTS and NUTS.

Cooking instructions (from frozen):
- Pre-heat oil to 160C and deep fry for 8–10 minutes, frying a few minutes on each side until nicely browned/caramelised & turning regularly. Make sure the Sausage is cooked thoroughly before eating, do not refreeze and consume within 24 hours. Do not preheat then cook again.
