Ingredients: Yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)
Allergens: This product does not contain any of the FSA standard 14 allergens.
Direction of use: Dissolve in lukewarm water (0.5L water for 100g yeast). Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir well before using.
Dose: 5g to 10g yeast for 1kg flour
